Creativity has been part of my life long before I knew it would become my career. Design became my way to explore ideas, solve complex problems, and create experiences that matter.

Since 2010, I have worked across different industries, moving from visual and communication design into my true passion: product design. From discovery to delivery, I have led initiatives that shaped products, scaled design systems, and improved user experiences while balancing business goals with user needs.

As a design leader, I have built and guided high-performing teams, fostered collaboration, and developed strategies that deliver measurable impact. My work is grounded in a human-centered approach that keeps people at the heart of every solution.

I have also contributed to the design community through event coordination, workshops, and publications, and was awarded at innovation competitions such as Hacking Rio.

 

Outside of work, I recharge by traveling, reading fiction, and watching series marathons with plenty of popcorn.
